A big thanks for your recent job at our home in Ruse.  The carpet is a light colour and has been down for 17 years now.  We
also had our fabric lounge cleaned which had a stain on the arm that nobody would own up to, let alone tell us what was spilled.
 
The last time the carpet was cleaned was more than 10 years ago and over those years there have been many marks on the
carpet that we could no longer recall what they were from.   There were marks from ash spills from our slow combustion heater
that I never thought would come out. I am happy to say I was wrong.
 
Right from the outset I had confidence in your professionalism.  On booking your services, I was given an arrival time and like many others
I pay little credence to the times given by service providers as they rarely arrive on time.  Again, I was wrong!  You were right on
time and after an initial inspection of the task, set about your job in a very thorough way.
 
The result on marks in heavy traffic areas, spot stains from food or drink, ash stains and the unknown were amazing.
 
I would have no hesitation recommending you to anyone and will gladly call you back in the future.
